Although the functional space between the buildings and the coastal line is very narrow in this perimeter, the project foresees a promenade along the coast to enable, in addition to its functional-physical activity, the physical interconnection of other services and functions, sports, parks, etc., along it . Its section will expand into the spaces created by the distances between the constructed objects and they will be interpreted as functional squares for pedestrian, mini-parks, mini-sport fields, etc. Free-identified spaces have different dimensions and geometry. Their position regarding the surrounding urban denseness is a factor that has been taken into account during the process of proposing functions that are required for retraining and enhancing the social values of the area. The project proposes the treatment of the Rock as a Belvedere Point, the construction of a bridge suitable for the movement of pedestrians, bicycles and people with disabilities, the treatment of the rock path, which will have a positive effect.
